mPDF terms of use

Using mPDF

You may use the app to read and work with documents you are entitled to access. You retain rights in your own content. You are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing destinations, checking exported documents and keeping independent backups. mPDF is a document tool; it does not certify that a document, signature or completed form is legally valid or accepted by a recipient.

PDF compatibility varies. The current app supports local reading, supported annotations and standard forms, with documented import limits. It does not support OCR, proprietary DRM, embedded rich-media playback, XFA forms or certificate signing. Original imported files are kept separate from new annotations and form entries; exported copies must be checked before use. Pending changes that could not be saved may be lost if the process or device stops, even when the open app offers recovery export. No secure-redaction or forensic-erasure service is provided.

Seven-day app preview

The preview begins automatically on first launch and lasts seven days. It requires no payment card, does not create a subscription and never charges automatically. Existing preview dates are preserved; restoring a document backup does not restore or extend paid access. Local eligibility records may be retained by the operating system. If access cannot be verified, the app offers recovery/retry and keeps saved-work reading and export available.

Optional Pro subscription

After the preview, an active Pro subscription enables new document imports and content edits, including annotations, forms, voice notes, attachments and page operations. Reading, search, bookmarks, printing/exporting saved work, deleting data and restoring your own complete library backup remain available when Pro ends.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are offered through the applicable app store. The store shows the actual localized price and billing period before purchase. The store confirmation controls the actual charge and applicable taxes. A purchase may charge immediately even if time remains in the separate app preview. Do not assume it creates an additional store trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store before the current period ends. You can manage/cancel in your store account; deleting the app does not cancel. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights follow applicable law and the store's process. Restore Purchases checks eligible access on the same store account. No cross-platform purchase-transfer promise is made.

Availability and contact

Features can be updated to improve compatibility or security. MCODE does not promise compatibility with every PDF, uninterrupted service or recovery of files it never received. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact hello@mcode.hr for support, purchase questions or concerns about these terms.
